In the story, Odette, a skilled psychiatrist, finds herself transported to medieval times with a mission to return to the present. Her journey takes an unexpected turn when she encounters King Arion, a ruler grappling with multiple personalities due to the haunting memories of beheading his wife, Lady Rose. The atmosphere around Odette becomes chaotic as she navigates Arion's shifting identities, akin to experiencing a range of unpredictable weather conditions.
Not only does she confront Arion's psychological struggles, but she also faces skepticism and resistance from the community, who speculate about curses, evil spirits, or witchcraft affecting the king. Determined to heal Arion, Odette delves deeper into his past traumas.
However, fate has a humorous twist when Odette unexpectedly becomes entangled in a love triangle involving Arion and one of his personas. As she grapples with this emotional dilemma, readers are left wondering: which path will Odette choose – will she remain in the past, or will she find a way to reunite with her own time?
It's not worth it, Klein. Unless you kidnap the author and force him to write again, as it seems to be dropped. It's been dropped for months now, the 17 days is just because of the reset.
The storyline is fascinating for I have rarely seen people using this kind of imagination....the story justifies every action of Silvio and Sadie unlike in other books where authors focuses only on smut and all.....overall it's a great book....one should give a try
