I'm not exaggerating when I give this novel full marks, it's among my favorite webnovels on this site, the attention to detail is amazing and the world is well thought out and intresting. it may still be young while I write this review but I have no doubt that it will only grow more intresting as it has allready caught my imagination. give The Martial Unity a read!you won't regret it.

I really don't want to get into this unless I know it's worth it and the synopsis does no good for me. Its confusing for me, is it the system that gets powerful and takes over the host or the host with the system gets stronger?

Unlike most Xianxia novel this one has a slow and steady pace, that is very good, building a good establishment to the story, is very important, it would be better if the author is more accurate and detailed in explaining about his coming forth characters, and also explains the MC's surrounding more better, but the story is the best among the ones I've read. Do not drop this author...

Why is there so many of these "Everyone gets a (insert property) and I am God" now cause like there are like 3 boat versions which are all boring in my opinion.

This is translation review, not novel review. If you are not familiar with it, webnovel has started westernizing most of the novels in 2021. This is awful practice that kills original novel. At best you get only names, places and organizations westernized and at worst you get half novel gutted and other half totally rewritten by translator. With best case scenario you get only names, places and organizations westernized which introduces plotholes cause while names are westernized, actual writing and character culture arent. You get chinese way of thinking, chinese places and organizations translated into most famous western (USA) alternatives and as a result you see absurdity.And with the worst case scenario, you are not actually reading original authors work, but some "translators" plagiarization cause half novel is removed (sometimes critical explanations) and other half is badly rewritten. And cause this requires so much work compared to normal translation, either webnovel is stealing original authors work and rewriting it (cause most of those novels dont come from qidian) or they are just using translators that dont know chinese so they are rewriting story with help of MTL (seen too many edited MTL translations lately on webnovel). overall any westernized novel deserves automatic 1 star review.

Amazing novel. Definitely a gray character that doesn’t spare female enemies-no harem and great fights. Minor grammar issues at most tbh

not bad, but neither is it good. the book follows the reincarnation of the MC in a fantasy world. This book has the same premise as epic of caterpillar and goblin evolution. While the character is logical he is also only pseudo ethical. Basically his morals are pretty loose and his bottom line of what he will do is pretty low. Much like the books above the MC gains power by assimilation of his enemies. The MC also gains followers by saving them or forcing them to submit, he never actually wins anyone over the any other way. Based on what I've read so far, writing quality will probably start to suffer as more characters are added, as current cast already lacks depth. Writer does attempt to build side characters through doing pov chapters for them, but it all just seems like feeler material and doesn't really connect you with the character. Lastly there are alot of they that should I or him that should be I or her. Grammar errors kind of take away from the story. Over all this is a decent story that is replica of novels already on the site.

Okay the grammar is really good, the story starts really well. The character is good but I do hope he will be more dragon then human, just a more advanced mind for now. The update stability is good but I need way more. Much about the world background isn't known for now
