This novel is good. Honestly, my brain is getting fried like literally. My brain was being pushed on its maximum because of the political machinations. The plot is very thick, then underneath the scheme is another scheme, and it continues.I constantly needs a break so my pitiful mind could have some a little breather.If you like an OP MC then this is not for you. MC here is quite pitiful, neither too strong nor too weak, despite having some plot armor given by his mysterious and noble identity, he's still struggling to survive amidst these chaotic world.Characters here are quite realistic, everyone has reasons, objective and ambitions, you often wants to hate some villains but in the end you can't. You can't expect that our MC to become instantly cold-hearted guy who has no moral principles and goes killing like no tomorrow. He's still human, he cares, he feel sorrow, anger, anxiety and other emotions. There's a slow character development.
