The plot moved at a leisurely pace for me. It didn't have to be established right away, but it did pique the interest of those who were attracted by the trope. As I continued to read the novel, I became aware that the MC's backstory was slightly off with his personality. And, given that it is his story, I believe the author is well-versed in it. So, reinforcing that point, I believe the author will go into greater detail about the narrative and the MC. And I believe there will be some growth in him, given he was once a mage and now wishes to become a cultivator for personal reasons. Of course, I suspect there will be a significant plot here, and I am hoping for it.

It follows a sequence of events and improves some of the awful quality. I would suggest giving anime a shot if you share my enthusiasm in it. Honestly, the novel is pretty good plot wise and MC is also not braindead, I like this type of smart calculating MC who knows how to act. The intermissions between acting scenarios are quite boring though. And what's worse.. the enemies follow the young master syndrome, there's not even one random enemy. The first enemy is an old enemy from real world, the second enemy is HIS MOM, and the third scenario's enemy IS HER GUILDMATE. Like WTH is the author memeing it? He destroyed his own plot with this b*llsh*t.

I'm a bit stupid becoz I read the book, ranted to my friends about how good it is, but forgot to review it. *facepalm* Well u got it, this book is the perfect escape from all the usual sappy stuff u see in WN. Well not that I mind it, becoz I even read it but U know wat I mean. Thank u author-sama for writing this fanfic.
