The official name of the astronomical observation base. It is one of the United Government's top 10 astronomy bases, though it is considered small since 8 of the top 10 bases are in the Southern Hemisphere. It has 12 radio telescopes with a diameter of 1 kilometer each. Its main task is celestial data analysis as the Northern Hemisphere is the rear area.
