A rural adobe house built in a courtyard style, divided into four rooms facing east, west, south, and north. The house appears earthy yellow in color with old red tiles on the roof, some chipped and broken. The east room (Lu Shen's room) is very simple with a broken wooden table, two wooden stools, a wooden bed with old but clean bedding, and a wooden shelf holding a plastic washbasin. No mirror in the room.
