A no-rules underground fight held in an octagonal cage at an abandoned factory. The fight ends only when someone surrenders, is incapacitated, or dies. Cao Yang is forced to fight Liang Feng, the Guangxi gang's top fighter. Heavy betting takes place, with Tiexiong wagering heavily on Cao Yang and most of the audience betting on Liang Feng.
