Sesame Glutinous Rice Dumplings

Sweet dumplings with sesame filling fried in sugar, made by Cheng Ning. She learned the recipe from Auntie Zhou in the Shanghan brigade. They are a rare treat, usually only made during New Year when families have spare grain and malt syrup.
