The legal document written on the spot under the witness of Village Chief Chen Fugen and clan elders, formally dividing the Chen family. It allocated two mu of mid-grade paddy land in the west of the village and an abandoned thatched hut near the village entrance to Chen Zhiwei and Chen Zhiyi, along with a small amount of grain and crude farming tools.
