A secret tunnel dug by a priest under the confessional of the old cathedral (now Usher Prison) to meet his affair partner. The tunnel was not marked on any blueprints and was missed by the original architects. Inmate 3349, being the priest's illegitimate son, knew about it and used this information advantage to escape with 3348.
