A pig's trotter bought by Su Meier at the Supply and Marketing Cooperative. It was cheaper than pork belly at the People's Restaurant. Tong Youyi also bought one after seeing Su Meier purchase it. Su Meier plans to have her mother make pig's trotter soup.
