Also called Nine-Deaths Reviving Grass. An herb of extreme yin and cold that grows by the cold pool at the summit of Mount Cangwu. It appears only on the night of the full moon at midnight when the cold mist is thickest, and only for a quarter of an hour. It can neutralize the blazing yang toxicity of the Soul-Eroding Plague gu and repair foundations devoured by the worms. Must be harvested with roots and soil intact without damaging the main stem, or its medicinal effect is lost entirely. Guarded by a venomous cold python.
