An informant network developed by A-Gua using fifty taels provided by Lin Shuying. It consists of grassroots informants including Old Wang, Liu Ergou, Little Stool, and Widow Li, each paid two hundred wen per month as tea money to report news and oddities, especially anything related to Little Lin Manor.
