Composed of multiple parts: the bride price from the Xu family (88 sets of gifts), properties left by Ning Shi (shops and paddy fields), two small shops owned by Lady Lin (cloth shop and medicinal herbs shop in the southern city), 2,000 taels of silver from Lady Lin, a gift from Huai, and about 200 taels of silver plus miscellaneous jewelry from Aunt Shen. Later supplemented by the Anyuan Count with house deeds and silver.
