The Sun family's kelp purchasing standards set by Sun Wuyou's grandmother. Grade B: intact leaves, dark green, dry and clean, sea scent, no fishy odor or mold, priced at 30-40 wen per jin. Grade C: slightly damaged leaves acceptable, must be clean, mold-free, and thoroughly dry, priced at 15-20 wen per jin. Grade A remains vacant as no kelp has met the grandmother's high standards.
