Crispy Pork

A dish made by Zhang Shulan using a basin of meat. It was prepared as a treat for Su Xiaoyin and later used to entertain Xiao Qin. In this era, crispy pork was rare except during holidays. The oiliness was intentional to avoid appearing stingy.
