A notoriously fierce liquor brewed in Qingzhou using water from melted snow gathered from winter plum blossoms. It tastes smooth and slightly sweet but is a knockout drink—a single cup can incapacitate someone. Sang Nian and Chu Yao both passed out after drinking it.
