A buffet-style dining system designed by Lin Shuying in a renovated side room at Little Lin Manor. Dishes are laid out in sections (Main Courses, Meat Dishes, Vegetable Dishes, Soups & Stews, Fruit Section) with prices listed. Staff pay with work-point tokens, outsiders with copper coins. Special trays with three sections were made by a carpenter.
