The dragon has interlocking chain scales, one claw pressed to the ground ready to leap, and the other half-curled waiting for its rightful bearer. When activated, it grips the Zhubei Spear securely. Only one who bears this seal can command the Pei Family Army. Pei Nai became the first female general in history to receive it.
