A traditional Chinese dessert made by Yao Chengcheng. Made by grinding almonds into fine paste, sieving, mixing with fresh milk and sieving again, adding agar, heating over low heat while stirring. Cooled and cut into cubes, drizzled with honey. Has smooth refreshing texture with distinctive almond aroma balancing honey sweetness.
