The boss and leader of the Lulu Tong gang, a transport/delivery gang. He started the gang with Wang Chao and Li Yong as his core trio. Initially promised collective survival and shared profits, but gradually revealed his true colors, wanting obedient slaves rather than a team. He sent people to harass the original host after she left the gang, but dared not kill her due to fear of rumors destroying their business reputation.
