Also known as Grandma Xu, she is Yang Xichen's grandmother and an old revolutionary. She has gray hair tied in a bun, is thin but energetic with a straight back. She lives in a Jiangnan courtyard house in a bamboo forest in the suburbs. She warmly accepted Haitang as a relative after her parents passed away.
