He is Han Qingmo's childhood friend, having grown up together in the military compound. He drives his uncle's military jeep to take Yannuo back to the village. He is clumsy and easily embarrassed, with reddening ears. He tries to put in a good word for Han Qingmo, defending his character and family traditions.
