Shi Qingqian's stepmother, a burly middle-aged woman who married Shi Qingqian's father when the protagonist was five years old, already pregnant at the time. Her husband (the original host's father) died just a few months after she married in. She gave birth to another daughter, Shi Qingyao. She is skilled at keeping up appearances, pretending to be a virtuous stepmother to outsiders while actually abusing the original host for over a decade. She forced the original girl to give up her job to Shi Qingyao and signed her up to be sent down to the countryside.
