A professor of agricultural science from the Mute Shelter in S City. His photograph had appeared in Chinese textbooks during Tang Ye's high school years due to his tremendous contributions to agriculture. He had been researching how to grow plants on wasteland since the apocalypse began with little success. He was around fifty years old. He eagerly left to bring his students to join the Sunrise Shelter, not even waiting for the Mute Shelter's Administrator.
