Xie Ning's mother, an accountant who works at the Love Home Supermarket (also referred to as Aijia Supermarket). She is pinned inside the finance office by other survivors who refuse to open the door. She desperately wants to leave with her daughter and is called selfish by Wu Hong for wanting to open the door.
