The leader of Cangshan Sect who resides on Cangyun Peak. He is solemn and dignified, wearing a blue robe with wide sleeves and a gray collar. In the original story, he was framed by Su Xiangqing, leading to Su Xiangqing's death which was blamed on Chu Zilan. He has only taken three disciples in all these years and accepted Ding Li after Chu Zilan vouched for her, despite noting her mediocre talent.
