Pei Qingsong's son and Pei Yuezhou's half-brother. Once a spoiled brat who maxed out credit cards and begged Pei Yuezhou for handouts. He was hidden by Pei Qingsong but was found in Southeast Asia as a hollowed-out drug addict, emaciated and cowering in withdrawal. Pei Yuezhou once recalled him shielding Pei Yuezhou from vicious dogs during childhood. Pei Yuezhou arranged for him to be sent to rehab.
