Younger brother of Shaohuai, a well-behaved and obedient boy. He practiced writing alone when no lessons were given by grandfather or father. He followed his elder brother's lead in planning the wedding riddle for blocking the groom. He stood beside his brother during the wedding ceremony and participated in the congratulatory riddle with Shaohuai.
