Nie Shihao is the Kowloon hall leader of the Yihe Society. He sarcastically suggests stripping Zuo Zongyuan of his boss position and holding new elections, taking advantage of Zuo's vulnerable situation. He has little connection to Tang Shaojie but dislikes Zuo Zongyuan, hoping to win the seat himself in the future.
