Jiang Wan's stepmother, the wife of Jiang Yi. She is portrayed as cruel, manipulative, and resentful, often belittling Jiang Wan and insulting her late mother. Meng Fenyu favors her own daughter Jiang Ting and treats Jiang Wan as an invisible burden in the household. She is easily angered, as seen when she loses at mahjong and takes it out on Jiang Wan. Despite raising Jiang Wan for years, she shows no genuine care, instead mocking her and calling her mother 'cheap.' She is shocked when Jiang Wan slaps her and curses her afterward.
