One of the two head chefs at Fumanlou. Initially underestimated Shen Zhiyi but decided to observe her. He is friendly and collaborative, inviting Shen Zhiyi to help cook Mapo Tofu and sharing a customer tip with her. He hopes to learn from Boss Wei and open his own restaurant one day.
