Ning Ying's mother and wife of County Magistrate Ning. She confronts Song Yuejiao at the restaurant, demanding she divorce Pei Chi so her daughter can have him. She is ambitious and underestimates Song Yuejiao's status. After Pei Chi reprimands her husband, she vows to teach Song Yuejiao a lesson.
