The only son of the Luo family and Luo Qingwu's biological younger brother, around eleven or twelve years old. He is described as a round, chubby boy dressed in luxurious silk robes worn sloppily. He is the undisputed little tyrant of Luo-Fu, with coarse features, fierce eyes, and spoiled malice. He is tutored by renowned masters in music, chess, calligraphy, painting, riding, and archery. He challenged Luo Qingwu to a horseback archery competition to drive her away from Luo-Fu.
