The son of Minister Liu. He fraudulently registered for the provincial exam in Ying Tian Prefecture and was admitted as a juren despite his exam paper being utter nonsense. He was accused of seizing classmates' essays, claiming them as his own, and ordering servants to beat a poor student into crippling.
