A member of the Lin family and Li Chan's brother-in-law. He withheld dividends that should have been given to Haitang and did not stamp the contract with the Lin family company seal. He and his wife Liu Rumei went to Beidu No. 1 High School to invite Haitang to lunch and tried to pressure her into signing an unequal contract.
