From Sichuan, lives in room 213 diagonally across from Cao Yang. Was in Sichuan Gang for 3 days but quit because he refused to snatch purses from working girls. Has his own code of honor. Leads a small group doing smuggling and theft. Gets caught by security guards but is rescued by Cao Yang.
