Male protagonist. Also known as the Confiscation Chancellor and Second Master of the Ji family. He secretly lives a double life, impersonating both his elder brother Ji Changfeng (the General) and himself (the Prime Minister). His elder brother choked to death on glutinous rice balls when they were nine, and he disguised himself as the brother to spare his mother's grief. He is intelligent, suspicious, and not easily fooled.
