Station clerk who was a gambler four years ago. A mad horse trampled his leg, which he believed was Guanyin's curse and punishment for his sins. Since then he quit gambling and became devout, often going to Guanyin Temple to hear monks preach. He was the one who spoke of hell's punishments and the Horse-Head King.
