One of Zhao Hongbin's followers, recognizable by a scar running across his brow which looked even more vicious under dim light. He was present at Zhao Hongbin's hideout. When Rong Yuxuan attacked, Hou Biao lunged to save Zhao Hongbin but was kicked in the chest, breaking his ribs and sending him crashing into a stove and overturning a boiling pot. He was later tied to a lamppost by Rong Yuxuan and died among the zombies.
