The Emperor's cousin and owner of one of the wealthiest and most respected households in Chang'an. His household is known for being kinder than most nobles, purchasing servants directly from parents rather than through brokers, paying fairly, and sometimes waiving redemption fees when servants wish to leave. The Old Madam of the house is the Emperor's maternal aunt and the Empress Dowager's sister.
