Also referred to as Madam Ye, she is Wu Gang's wife and Wu Huiniang's sister-in-law. She initially urged Wu Huiniang to leave but was embarrassed when the Shen family arrived. She was delighted by the gifts of pork and brown sugar. She didn't want to host the Shen family for dinner to avoid consuming their gifts.
