Deputy Director at Yuanru, controlling supply lines for Binfen. He had pushed Binfen due to their capital backing but they failed spectacularly. His career was at stake as rival deputies hinted he took bribes. He later colluded with Zhang Shan to take down Qibao by helping Binfen reclaim the Qiqi trademark.
