A man wearing a black mask who attempted to kidnap Xiao Bao at Nanhu Park. He knocked Madam Gao unconscious with a stick and was carrying Xiao Bao toward an unlicensed van when Sister Qin discovered him. He was pinned to the ground and beaten by park visitors before the police arrived.
