An antagonist who grabbed Qiao Zhiyang's wrist at the bar. He is described as having a greasy face and being arrogant initially, claiming friendship with the young master of the Sheng family in Jingbei. After being confronted by Cen Zhou in the alley, he is brutally beaten and has his right hand stomped on and tortured with a cigar. He realizes too late that he offended Cen Zhou, the feared head of the Cen family in Yun Capital. He eventually faints from the pain.
