This is an incredibly adorable read. If you enjoy lighthearted, quirky, and lovable characters, you absolutely must check this out. The story revolves around a protagonist who, in a typical comic book twist, finds herself transported. Given the choice between pursuing a romantic relationship with the antagonist or becoming his close friend, she selects the latter and cross-dresses as a boy.
While the main couple's interactions are endearing, the genuine connections and dynamic between all the characters, particularly their evolving friendship, truly shine throughout the narrative. Although there are some darker undertones, the overall tone remains light and easy to read.
I wholeheartedly recommend this book for its heartwarming charm and well-developed characters.

I found out this ended a few months ago and I remember starting this when there was only 60~ chapters so I'm excited to read it to the end.
The last time I read it there was just under 800 chapters.

Chapter 128 is stupid. What kind of world lets you force that quest onto someone? It's ridiculous.
We just stopped getting updates from the author, he used to run the Reddit community for the novel, one day he just stopped updating. We suppose he's died as I've heard from other fans that the author had cancer ?
Is this novel really finished?
This is just me but i feel like the "hmph" ruins the supposed emotion of the character everytime. Why always add it.
