Okay, I need to talk about this hatchet scene because HOLY. Ye Wuyou literally throws a weapon at someone and then has this entire philosophical crisis about whether she's in an apocalypse or not. The plot twist here isn't some big reveal—it's that moment when she realizes killing people here means going to JAIL, not just surviving. That's such a smart narrative pivot. Up until now, she's been operating with transmigration-survival instincts, but this one throw forces her to recalibrate everything. And then the author immediately undercuts the tension with the chicken leg scene. I love that. One minute she's threatening murder, the next she's throwing a toddler-level tantrum because Ling Yu won't share a drumstick. The tonal whiplash is intentional and it works so well—it keeps you from taking the story too seriously while still maintaining real stakes. The subplot about her planning to confront Old Lady Wang tonight is also setting up something. She's not just reacting anymore; she's making moves. Her hand is healing, she's figuring out the rules of this world, and she's starting to think strategically. That's character growth disguised as plot progression, and I'm here for it.
For the initial review, I will rate this story for 4 stars. I hope for the success of the story.
good writing, plot is kinda cliche but is fine I guess, sadly there ain't much chaptersaside from that, keep up the good work and hopefully you could update the story
Chefs kiss and absolute cinema. I was completely engrossed in this book from start to finish. The characters were well developed and the storyline was engaging. The author's writing style was captivating, and I couldn't put it down. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great read

I could not ask for a better story to read. Kind of wished it was more chapters per update but nonetheless it is great that there is a daily chapter update.
A bit of a repetition in terms of story setting, but some interesting twists to the concept, plus Alexander the Great is a wild addition to the lore. Definitely curious to see where this will go. Also, Isekai galore + system.
