Hey everyone,
Thanks so much for your reviews! I really appreciate it. I'm dropping this review to inform y'all that the updates will continue next month. I can't write it now, as I am currently writing another book on this platform; Chasing Her.
Thanks again, and I hope you continue to read it?
But now have lost hopes to see the futher chapters
Author when will the next update be?!
purchasing this story is definitely worth it. this is actually one the longest story I've read here since I don't like very long stories that just drag on. but damn I didn't even realized that I've finished it already and not once did I get bored. kudos to writer. will be purchasing your other books
Wow, I've never felt this disappointed after reading such a poorly written novel. Honestly, I can't help but call it trash. Sigh, I truly regret the six hours I spent on it. The main character (MC) is so frustrating – she starts off strong and decisive in the early chapters, but then becomes utterly helpless and useless later on. Transmigration? Please, what kind of villain's wife is she? The author never even mentions the book the MC supposedly came from. The plot is full of inconsistencies – why doesn't the MC ever question the pregnancy or confront the male lead (ML)? And how can the ML remain so calm when he learns the child isn't his? No explanation given. It's just a mess.
I won't dwell on the main character's flawed personality, as numerous reviews already address that aspect. However, there are two key points I'd like to mention, which aren't widely discussed but significantly impact the narrative:
First, the character's immense power hampers his mental development. Whenever he experiences self-doubt, his abilities falter, forcing him to constantly struggle to refrain from unintentionally hurting others. This could have served as a compelling obstacle for growth, but instead, it becomes a crutch to prevent him from maturing. Additionally, any potential internal conflict is mitigated by his "other half," which conveniently neutralizes the negative effects.
Secondly, the storytelling shifts abruptly without clear explanation after a relatively steady start. Numerous off-screen events are brushed aside with vague statements like "he was out." For instance, the protagonist visits a previously unseen city and meets three dwarven shopkeepers he has no prior connection to, who inexplicably express gratitude to him without providing any context. While it's not the worst story I've come across, it falls short of being exceptional in my opinion.
Hey, i personally enjoyed it because i’m a s*ck*r for systems. I like what they did with the system and how the MC stays in turmoil with his draconic nature. 7.5/10
