This novel is somewhat better than the Turquoise Pond/Kunlun Saint novel, but not by much. The MC suffers from the same problems as the author's previous novel, that being:1. The MC is very reactionary and doesn't actively do anything. Our MC is in a demonic sect where 95% of the sect wants him dead, yet he just farms and doesn't take steps to reduce dangers in the future. Inevitably, our MC gets taken advantage of by someone then he gets revenge on them secretly. This is a recurring theme in this novel and happens every time new antagonists are introduced (every 30-50 chapters). It was interesting the first time, but having the same thing occur semi-regularly just shows that our MC isn't exactly that smart.2. The MC has no personality. Our MC doesn't feel any emotions, and he doesn't seem to have any desires whatsoever. The author tries to explain this away by saying the demoness fed him a Yang Gu (makes him only feel emotions for her) but that's just a bs excuse. You could replace the MC with a robot and almost nothing would change in this novel. I consider his lack of emotions/personality to be the biggest weakness of this novel.3. Everything our MC has is granted by the system, he doesn't have any unique skills or talents acquired by his own efforts/intelligence. Enough said.Even with all of these flaws, this novel is still one of the better novels in this site so I consider it to be a decent junk food novel. 3/5
So far it's been very nice, apart from the little thief part ?? I'll keep following it, but please....no MC that takes on human form....since you created a non-human leave him like that please

Wow this is a refreshing change of pace. Perhaps my single minded ranting has finally paid off? I came to the review section expecting to see a bunch of reviews raving this novel as amazing but what do I find??? The complete opposite!

The Author's writing style is unique and I love the way the novel is being narrated. The flow from Lee Hyun's thoughts to the scene is very fluid that I couldn't stop reading. The novel is presented in a neat way, and I never experienced being confused due to its clarity. The story unfolds in a stable rate, and I commend the choice of the Author to use Third Person POV. The POV chosen spiced up my reading experience making it a lot more interesting. The novel is set in modern day Korea focusing on the Music Industry. So far it seems big enough to be explored, especially from the eyes of a start-up Entertainment Agency owner who was once a top music composer. The characters are fun to read about, and I'm looking forward to the future that Lee Hyun and his yet-to-be-found comrades will shape. ✨I'm excited to read more! ✨Kudos to the Author! ?Keep it up, and more power Author Bee! ???

Yeah I gave a 5 star review because the book is worth it, so give it a trial. The author captivates you with her plot , her characters and the story line is fresh giving you something to read that hasn't been over produced
It's good. It's good.Like imagine your typical cultivation series but it gets right to the plot. You know that the MC is a high status guy, you know that he has power and you can expect that he will have an empire behind him very soon. Makes it interesting how he will interact with the people around him with all his hidden power he has. Yes he hides his his powers but its only 50/50 so it leaves room to feel good about him and his strength.
