A good story in which the MC(up to date) instead of constantly "winning" instead experiences setbacks, and not just small setbacks, and not just small ones, but ones sufficient to force him to make decisions between the lessor of two evils. For once the MCs family are not angelic and instead have their own faults, and the MC is forced to use rationality to solve problems, with a more rare use of plot armor then most Xuanhuan stories. Unfortunately like most Xuanhuan, the MC was originally considered a waste and is often underestimated at the start, however this is minimized as the story prolongs. A unique ranking system, with only clear boundaries(i.e knight grand-knight etc) allows for an element of surprise, and the MC is not OP enough to skip through power levels, and must use his brain often to solve situations. This leads to more interesting combat, and diversity of outcomes to situations, rather than the generic power-up model most novels utilize. Unfortunately, power-ups are often gifted to the main character through common items which are only beneficial to the MC.Overall an interesting and fairly unique novel, which I would recommend others to read!

The book is pretty good. It’s the kind of book you read while waiting for your main ? chapters to be uploaded.The grammatical structure is great. I give kudos to the author for the world building and cultural settings, it’s so 2023 and I could relate to it. The author unfortunately doesn’t expound on the training fights as much as I would like. Leaves my imagination wanting.Currently I’m 56chapters in. So this is all I can say for now.Good job author.
As a horror writer myself, the author did a bit of creepiness and chill on the two chapters that the author wrote. Creepiness and thrill. Words aren't hard to comprehend. If you are into horror give this a try!

The novel is not bad at all for what it is, if you came here for R18 stuff than you good.. writing quality its ok,,, world development well didn’t see any as of chapter 20 so I don’t really count it it’s still early,,,, update stability we get around 2 chapter per day so really good for me... all in all as author is new and English is not his first language this is a well deserved 4 stars.... If mc was op would have been a personal 5 stars (I like op mc) but well mc gotta struggle... mc probably will be strong later on but I don’t get that invested in R18 novel to read around 100 chapters before I get my badass mc.. well thanks and author keep on the hard work...

The author does well conveying the frustrations of the life of the MC, making you compelled to read on to see how things will progress for them, and hope its for the better. I definitely recommend for people wanting a realistic story with all the feels
Interesting but slow paced. I am waiting for the rest of the story to unfold. There are things that are puzzling especially in Emma's case. One may question how and why her story began on hear deathbed. Over all, im glued!
